Mr. Golchin is known as the “Father of Middle Eastern Film Cinema,” and he was instrumental in the establishment of UAE cinemas. Golchin’s films have influenced the UAE’s theatrical landscape for the past 57 years.

His career has laid the groundwork for new business sectors beyond the film distribution and exhibition portfolio, where he began his main business.

He’s Been Laying the Groundwork for what Is now the Middle East’s largest and most successful film empire. Mr. Golchin’s partnerships and investments span the Middle East and cover a wide range of industries, including distribution, exhibition, post-production, media, hospitality, property development, and property management.
